Why restaurants pick ari adisyon

A POS made for restaurant-size operations

When 80 covers arrive in one sitting, the kitchen and the POS keep breathing. No notes on paper, no wrong tables, no "waiter, I ordered the fish" at the pass.

Zones, sections and 100+ tables

Garden, main hall, VIP and mezzanine are separate zones, one dashboard.

Courses: starter, main, dessert flow

Send the starters first, mains after and desserts at dessert time. The ticket queue stays ordered.

Per-station printers

Hot kitchen, cold kitchen, bar and patisserie each print only their part of one order.

Reservation + deposit + no-show log

Saturday 20:00 holds the table, the deposit auto-deducts off the bill and repeats flag a no-show.

Delivery and takeaway flows

Courier, self-delivery and Yemeksepeti flow through the same account; drivers are tagged per order.

A la carte + menu prix fixe

Mix single items and set menus on the same bill; keep every customer’s choices separate.

Stock and recipe deduction

Ingredients drop on payment, waste above 2 % flags automatically.

Pre-accounting export

Cash, bank, customer, supplier, KDV and Z-summary — exported for the accountant.

Multi-branch when you grow

Second and third branches sit in the same account; menu prices are pushed centrally or per-venue.

How a restaurant gets running

Live in one weekend — from onboarding to first service

The four steps teams usually complete before the Saturday booking sheet fills up.

  1. Import the a la carte menu

Every dish, modifier and allergen in one spreadsheet import. Sections map to stations.

  2. Plan the zones

Mark the hall, the garden and the terrace as zones; add the tables and the floor plan is live.

  3. Station the printers

One ticket queue per station; the hot kitchen sees only hot items, the bar sees only drinks.

  4. Run a mock service

The team takes 50 mock bills on Friday. Saturday first shift is already familiar.

Restaurant POS questions we answer every week

If the internet drops, can I still take orders?

With a network printer the till and the printer are on the same local network, so tickets keep printing even with no internet connection.

With the cloud print agent, the agent prints the queued tickets in order as soon as the connection returns. No ticket is ever quietly lost.

If my subscription lapses, does the till stop working?

No. Taking orders, the QR menu and ticket printing are never switched off. A venue whose payment is late still has to be able to serve the customer standing in front of it.

If payment is late, only the extras sold on the higher plans stop — bookkeeping, stock control, advanced reports. The till itself keeps running.

Which printer should I buy?

Any 80 mm thermal printer that speaks ESC/POS and accepts network connections on port 9100 will work. The hardware page lists the models we have tested.

We do not sell hardware. We publish the list so that you do not buy the wrong device from your own supplier.

How long does setup take?

Opening an account takes a few minutes. For a network printer you only enter its IP address; the system tests the connection straight away.

For a USB printer, or a printer on a different network, you install a small program. It asks for the 8-digit code shown on the POS screen and handles the rest itself.

Whose servers hold my data?

Your data is yours. Each venue’s data is separated at the database level; one venue’s query cannot reach another venue’s rows.

You can export your menu as CSV whenever you want. We also hand over your order and report history on request — we do not hold your data hostage.

How many users can I add?

The Starter plan covers 5 staff, 20 tables and 150 products. On Professional and Enterprise all three are unlimited; the difference is that Enterprise manages multiple branches from one place.

We warn you as you approach a limit; we never block you from taking an order.

Is hardware included in the price?

No. The till computer, screen, thermal printer and cash drawer are separate — we do not sell hardware.

The hardware page lists the models we have tested and roughly what they cost, so you do not buy the wrong device from your own supplier. Venues that set up their hardware with us get a package discount.

How much do I pay per branch?

Multiple branches are part of the Enterprise plan. There is no cap on the number of branches, but additional branches are charged per branch.

We do not publish a fixed list price: a branch with three tills is not the same workload as a branch with one. Tell us how many branches and how many tills and we will get to a firm number together.

Can I take reservations? How do deposits work?

Yes. You enter the time, the party size and the table at the till; a second reservation that clashes with the same table is rejected. On the floor plan that table shows as reserved with its time on it, so a waiter cannot think it is free and seat somebody else.

When the guest arrives they are seated with one tap and their bill is opened. If they do not turn up you mark it as a no-show; how often each guest has failed to arrive builds up on their guest record.

For a deposit you record the amount you took and how you took it — transfer, cash, card. The money arrives outside the app; when the bill is settled that amount comes off automatically, with no cashier subtracting it by hand.

How does stock control work?

On the Professional and Enterprise plans you can define a recipe for every product: how many grams of coffee and how many millilitres of milk go into a latte.

When an order is paid the ingredients come off stock automatically. You can run counts, record waste, and get a warning at a low-stock threshold. The COGS report shows the cost of what you sold.

What does the HR module include?

On the Enterprise plan: roster and employment records, annual leave balance, shift schedule, clock in/out and login approval flows.

It is not payroll — tax and social security stay with your accountant. A separate encrypted salary field exists for rough cost tracking; viewing it needs its own permission.
