Floor plan and table list
The coloured floor plan says which table is open, reserved or ready to close — at a glance.
Built for cafés
Open a table, take an order, the ticket prints at the bar and kitchen the same second. No more lost orders, no more reprinting the menu.
Why cafés pick ari adisyon
One screen handles the table, the ticket, the split bill and the count. No scribbled tickets that get lost between the barista and the cashier.
The coloured floor plan says which table is open, reserved or ready to close — at a glance.
Save the order once and every station prints its own ticket. Long product names print on 80 mm.
Change a price or mark something sold out — every table sees it before the next customer scans.
Cover charge, service charge, four friends on four cards: the POS handles it in one tap.
Define recipes once — ingredients deduct on payment. Waste and COGS are visible on the same dashboard.
Cash, card and tips drop straight into the pre-accounting export. Ready for your accountant.
Per-waiter revenue, covers, average check and void ratio — measurable, no votes.
A booking flag and deposit deduction: no double-booked Saturday evening tables.
Grow from one venue to many inside the same account; push the price list centrally.
How a café gets set up
The four steps that get a 20-table café serving on the first day.
Bring the products and categories from Excel. Add allergens and recipe tags on the same pass.
Ethernet thermal printer on the bar and 80 mm model in the kitchen. Port 9100, no drivers.
Drag tables onto the zone plan. Mark inside, pavement, garden — every area has its own colour.
Waiters log in on their tablets. Opening a table, saving the order and closing the bill take seconds.
With a network printer the till and the printer are on the same local network, so tickets keep printing even with no internet connection.
With the cloud print agent, the agent prints the queued tickets in order as soon as the connection returns. No ticket is ever quietly lost.
No. Taking orders, the QR menu and ticket printing are never switched off. A venue whose payment is late still has to be able to serve the customer standing in front of it.
If payment is late, only the extras sold on the higher plans stop — bookkeeping, stock control, advanced reports. The till itself keeps running.
Any 80 mm thermal printer that speaks ESC/POS and accepts network connections on port 9100 will work. The hardware page lists the models we have tested.
We do not sell hardware. We publish the list so that you do not buy the wrong device from your own supplier.
Opening an account takes a few minutes. For a network printer you only enter its IP address; the system tests the connection straight away.
For a USB printer, or a printer on a different network, you install a small program. It asks for the 8-digit code shown on the POS screen and handles the rest itself.
Your data is yours. Each venue’s data is separated at the database level; one venue’s query cannot reach another venue’s rows.
You can export your menu as CSV whenever you want. We also hand over your order and report history on request — we do not hold your data hostage.
The Starter plan covers 5 staff, 20 tables and 150 products. On Professional and Enterprise all three are unlimited; the difference is that Enterprise manages multiple branches from one place.
We warn you as you approach a limit; we never block you from taking an order.
No. The till computer, screen, thermal printer and cash drawer are separate — we do not sell hardware.
The hardware page lists the models we have tested and roughly what they cost, so you do not buy the wrong device from your own supplier. Venues that set up their hardware with us get a package discount.
Multiple branches are part of the Enterprise plan. There is no cap on the number of branches, but additional branches are charged per branch.
We do not publish a fixed list price: a branch with three tills is not the same workload as a branch with one. Tell us how many branches and how many tills and we will get to a firm number together.
Yes. You enter the time, the party size and the table at the till; a second reservation that clashes with the same table is rejected. On the floor plan that table shows as reserved with its time on it, so a waiter cannot think it is free and seat somebody else.
When the guest arrives they are seated with one tap and their bill is opened. If they do not turn up you mark it as a no-show; how often each guest has failed to arrive builds up on their guest record.
For a deposit you record the amount you took and how you took it — transfer, cash, card. The money arrives outside the app; when the bill is settled that amount comes off automatically, with no cashier subtracting it by hand.
On the Professional and Enterprise plans you can define a recipe for every product: how many grams of coffee and how many millilitres of milk go into a latte.
When an order is paid the ingredients come off stock automatically. You can run counts, record waste, and get a warning at a low-stock threshold. The COGS report shows the cost of what you sold.
On the Enterprise plan: roster and employment records, annual leave balance, shift schedule, clock in/out and login approval flows.
It is not payroll — tax and social security stay with your accountant. A separate encrypted salary field exists for rough cost tracking; viewing it needs its own permission.
Open tables, take orders, close the day. If it does not fit, cancel without a call.
