QR menu

Every table gets its own QR code. Guests scan it with their phone and your menu opens with photos, allergens and in their own language. Change a price or mark something sold out at the till and the QR menu follows instantly — no reprints, no app to download.

  • One menu for the till and the QR code
  • Sold-out items disappear by themselves
  • A revocable QR code per table

How it works

From a printed menu to a live one

You build your menu once: categories, items, prices, photos, ingredients and allergens. The same menu runs on the till, on the waiter's screen and behind the QR code — there is no second list to keep in sync.

The moment you change a price or mark an item sold out, the QR menu shows it. Have a photo or a PDF of your current menu? Our team will bring it into the system for you.

  • Opens with the phone camera, no app
  • Loads fast: phones re-use what they already downloaded
  • Item photos are sized for phones
  • A stolen or lost table code is replaced with one tap

What you get

Everything a guest asks about, on the menu

Guests browse without waiting for a waiter; you manage prices, availability and languages in one place.

Instant price updates

Change a price at the till; the QR menu shows it within a minute. No waiting for the printer.

A QR code per table

Each table has its own code, so you know where a scan came from. Codes cannot be guessed and can be replaced at any time.

Allergens and ingredients

Gluten, milk, nuts and other allergens, plus ingredients, sit under each item — guests know without asking.

Multilingual menu

Publish your menu in English, German, Arabic and more; each guest picks their language.

Printable table cards

Print or download the QR codes as table cards; a new table comes with its code ready.

Sold out means sold out everywhere

When the kitchen or the till marks an item sold out, it disappears from the QR menu too.

QR menu — frequently asked questions

Do guests need to download an app?

No. The phone camera reads the code and the menu opens in the browser. No app, no sign-up, no personal data.

Can guests order from the QR menu?

The QR menu deliberately only shows the menu; the waiter or the till takes the order. That keeps orders clear and means nobody outside can write into your system.

How fast does a price change reach the QR menu?

The menu's cache is cleared the moment you save; guests see the new price the next time they open or refresh it, usually within a minute.

What if a table's QR code is lost or taken?

Replace the table's code from the management screen; the old one stops working immediately and you print the new one.

Can the menu be shown in other languages?

Yes. Enter item names and descriptions in other languages and guests choose theirs on the menu. The Pricing page shows which plan includes the multilingual menu.
