How it works

Table to kitchen, kitchen to table

The waiter opens the table on the floor plan, adds items and sends them. Each item goes to the station that prepares it: food to the kitchen, drinks to the bar. Notes such as “rare” or “no onions” show on the ticket and the screen.

Want the main course later? Hold it, then fire it when the time comes and the kitchen gets it at that moment. When the kitchen says ready, the waiter is notified; when the bill is asked for, it is ready at the till.

Do I need to buy handheld terminals?

No. ari adisyon runs in the browser; Android and iPhone phones, tablets and computers all work as waiter devices.

How do I install the app?

Open ari adisyon in the device's browser and add it to the home screen; it opens full screen from its icon and updates itself.

Can a waiter give a comp or a discount?

Depending on their role. For a waiter without the permission, a manager approves with their PIN; every comp, discount and void is logged with who did it and why.

How does the waiter know food is ready?

When the kitchen taps “Ready”, the waiter's device is notified and the items appear in the service list.

How many waiter devices can I use?
