Coffee shops

A few taps at the counter, the total and change on the customer display, the drink on the barista's screen. Every latte deducts its coffee, milk and cup by recipe; at month end you know your cost per cup.

  • Fast sales without tables
  • Coffee and milk stock by recipe
  • Morning and afternoon campaigns

How it works

From counter to cup in seconds

The cashier enters a takeaway order without opening a table; drinks go to the barista station, cakes and sandwiches to their own station. A customer display facing the counter shows the items, the total and the change.

Every drink deducts the coffee, milk and syrup in its recipe. A morning coffee deal or an afternoon cake offer is defined by day and time and applies on its own.

  • Takeaway and table service on the same till
  • Customer display on a second monitor
  • Campaigns such as “buy 2, pay for 1”
  • Beans and milk transferred between branches

Coffee shops — frequently asked questions

Can I sell without opening a table?

Yes. A takeaway order opens without a table and closes when paid. Table bills for seated guests work on the same till.

How do I set up small, medium and large?

Each size is its own item with its own price and recipe, so each size deducts the right amount of milk and coffee.

Can I run “buy 5 coffees, get 1 free”?

A “buy X, pay for Y” campaign works within one order. A loyalty card that collects points across visits is not available today.

What do I need for the customer display?

A second monitor or tablet at the till; the customer display opens full screen with one button.

I have several branches — is stock separate?

Each branch has its own stock; beans and milk move between branches by transfer, and the head-office report shows them together.
