How it works

One flow from order to courier

The moment a guest orders on Trendyol Go, the order lands on the Delivery board at your till. Whatever screen you are on, it shows up in the corner and keeps ringing until you look.

When you accept, the preparation time is sent to Trendyol Go, the bill opens and the ticket goes to the kitchen. Press “Ready” and Trendyol Go is told; when your own courier delivers, “Delivered” is sent as on-the-way and delivered.

Run Trendyol Go from the till

Trendyol Go orders live in the same system as your dining-room bills: same ticket, same report, same end of day.

No missed orders

A new order appears in the corner of the screen and rings until you accept. If several are waiting, you open them in turn from the list.

Automatic kitchen ticket

An accepted order goes to the kitchen and the bar by station. Mapped products come off stock too.

Menu mapping

Your Trendyol Go menu is read and most products match by name on their own; you pick the rest once.

Open, busy, closed

Kitchen swamped? Set the restaurant busy for 10 minutes up to 2 hours; it reopens by itself when the time is up.

Sold out is sold out everywhere

Mark a product sold out at the till and it closes on Trendyol Go too.

Encrypted and secure

Your seller credentials are verified with Trendyol Go, stored encrypted and never shown again.

You set it up yourself, no waiting for support; everything you need is in your Trendyol Go seller panel.

  1. Enterprise plan

    The Trendyol Go integration is part of the Enterprise plan.

  2. Copy your credentials

    2 minutes

    In the Trendyol Go seller panel, copy the Seller ID, API Key and Secret from Account Details → Integration Details.

  3. Manage → Trendyol Go

    1 minute

    Paste them, press “Verify and save” and link your restaurant to your branch.

  4. Map the menu

    Most products match on their own; pick the rest. The first order lands on your till.

Do I need a separate tablet for Trendyol Go orders?

No. Orders come straight to the Delivery board on your ari adisyon till; you accept, reject and send ready and delivered updates from the till.

Which plan includes the Trendyol Go integration?

It is part of the Enterprise plan. On other plans you can see what it unlocks on the Manage → Trendyol Go screen and upgrade.

What do I need to set it up?

The Seller ID, API Key and Secret from your Trendyol Go seller panel. Copy them from Account Details → Integration Details and paste them into Manage → Trendyol Go; they are verified and stored encrypted.

Where do I manage the menu?

The menu and prices are managed in the Trendyol Go panel; a menu cannot be pushed to Trendyol Go from outside. ari adisyon reads your menu and maps its products to yours. When you mark a mapped product sold out at the till, it closes on Trendyol Go too.

Can I use it alongside Yemeksepeti?

Yes. Orders from both platforms land on the same Delivery board with a platform badge on each, and both count in the same report as the dining room.
