How it works

From the phone to the table to the bill

Enter the booking with date, time, party size and table; if the guest is in your guest book their name, VIP mark and note come with them. If a deposit was taken, its amount and method are written on the booking.

When the guest arrives you mark them arrived and seated; the deposit is applied to the bill that opens. A no-show goes into the guest book, and you will see it the next time they call.

What you get

No empty tables, no forgotten deposits

The reservation book shares one system with the POS: the table, the deposit and the bill know about each other.

The day's book

Today's and this week's bookings in time order; who has arrived and who is expected at a glance.

Deposits

Record the deposit amount and method; it is applied to the bill on arrival and posted to the books.

Guest book

Name, phone, VIP mark, notes (“window seat”, “peanut allergy”) and visit count.

Table assignment

Link the booking to a table; it shows as taken on the floor plan for that time.

No-show tracking

No-shows are recorded; when the guest books again you see how many times they did not come.

Reports

Guests from bookings, deposits and occupancy in your reports.

Reservations — frequently asked questions

How does a deposit come off the bill?

Write the deposit amount and method on the booking. When the guest is seated, the deposit is applied to the bill that opens and you collect the rest.

What happens with a no-show?

Close the booking as a no-show; the guest's no-show count goes up and shows on their next booking. What happens to the deposit is your venue's policy.

How long are guest details kept?

The guest's name, phone and notes on a booking are deleted automatically one year after the booking date; the date, party size and deposit amount remain.

Can I enter phone bookings quickly?

Yes. Guests already in your guest book are found as you type. In Türkiye, with the cloud phone add-on, the caller's card opens a booking form with their number filled in.
