Seven wins from a QR menu: save the print run

A table number sign with a printed QR code link to the menu

Post-COVID the QR menu stopped being a novelty and became the default. It cuts 30–60 % of printing spend and improves the customer experience.

1) Reprint bill disappears (≈ 10–15k TL/year)

Roughly 200–300 TL per twenty menus, refreshed three times a year, totals 9–18k. A QR code never goes out of stock.

2) Price changes live in two minutes

When beans go up you edit one price in the product list. Every QR scanner on every table sees the change within a minute.

3) Sold-out items are hidden instantly

One tap on the product and it leaves the public menu. The waiter never has to say "sorry, we ran out — would you like something else?" after taking the order.

4) Allergen notices are now a legal requirement

Gluten, peanut, dairy and the other 14 EU/Turkish allergens must be disclosed. A QR menu shows them automatically.
