Cash and bank
Each branch's cash drawer and bank accounts, balances current with every movement.
Bookkeeping
Cash and card sales post to your cash and bank accounts at end of day. Supplier invoices, expenses and payments live in the same ledger; at month end you send your accountant one file.
How it works
At end of day, cash goes to your cash account and card sales to your bank account; the expected amount is ready for the cash count. Enter a supplier invoice and the supplier balance and the expense are created together; pay it and it comes off the cash or bank account.
Recurring costs such as rent, utilities and wages are defined once and posted every month. At month end, income and expenses, cash flow and a VAT summary are ready, and the export for your accountant downloads in one click.
