Multi-branch

Built for businesses with 1–5 branches and regional chains with 5–30: each branch runs its own till, and head office sees every branch's sales, best sellers and losses live. Central warehouse, production, staff and permissions in the same system.

  • Branch comparison reports
  • Branch-specific menus and prices
  • Central warehouse and prep production

Reports · All branches

Every branch side by side, and the figures move while you watch

No more phoning round for takings

Central warehouse

The branch asks, head office sends, stock corrects itself

Make one branch your central warehouse. A branch manager writes what they need with “Request from warehouse”; it lands at head office as “Pending”.

Head office presses “Fulfil”, enters what it sends and a transfer opens. When the branch receives it, the goods enter that branch's stock — nobody keeps notes on paper.

  • The quantity sent is shown beside the quantity asked
  • Send what you have when you are short
  • Sauces, doughs and other prep made centrally from production recipes
  • Supplier purchases and goods receipt on the same screen

Remote approval

A void at the branch, approved on your phone

When a cashier tries something they are not allowed to (voiding a ticket or an item, a comp, putting it on account, a campaign), the request goes to the approver's phone as a notification.

What, which branch, how much — all on screen. Once you approve, the till finishes the job itself; nobody has to drive over or read a PIN down the phone.

  • The owner approves with one tap
  • Other approvers use their own PIN, three tries
  • A request is valid for 5 minutes, then lapses
  • Approving with a PIN at the till still works

Per-branch access

Everyone sees only their own branch

The staff screen is split branch by branch. Someone assigned to no branch can open all of them, so the screen shows them at the top with an amber warning.

Open them with the pencil, pick a branch, and they move into that branch's card. Their open screens switch to the new branch without signing in again.

  • A branch manager adds staff only to their own branch
  • Other branches' sales and staff stay hidden
  • Sensitive settings can only be changed by the owner
  • Roles and permissions defined by you

What you get

Everything a chain needs

The same system from one branch to thirty — no new software as you grow.

Head office report

Every branch's sales, payment mix and item sales side by side, live.

Branch-specific menus

Each branch has its own menu and prices; shared items are defined once.

Staff tied to a branch

Assigned staff work only in their branch; managers see them all.

Central warehouse and production

Branches request from the warehouse, head office approves and dispatches; sauces, doughs and other prep items are produced centrally from production recipes.

Permissions and audit

Who did what, where and when: voids, comps and price changes are logged. Sensitive settings can only be changed by the owner.

Remote approval

A void, comp or on-account request at a branch lands on the approver's phone; they approve or reject without going there.

Multi-branch — frequently asked questions

Can each branch have a different menu?

Yes. Define shared items once, publish them per branch and set branch-specific prices.

Do branch staff see other branches?

No. Staff assigned to a branch see only that branch's data; managers not tied to a branch see all of them.

Can I run a central kitchen or warehouse?

Yes. Mark one branch as the warehouse: branches raise requests, head office approves and dispatches, the branch receives; every step posts to stock.

Prep items such as sauces and doughs are produced centrally from production recipes; supplier purchases go through purchase orders, with batch and expiry tracking.

Do branches keep working if the internet goes down?

In the cloud setup the till works over the internet and every branch reaches head office reports live. With the local installation the server runs on the branch's own computer, so the till, kitchen and printers keep working offline.

A locally installed branch does not feed head office reports live today; for multi-branch businesses we recommend the cloud setup.

How many branches is it for, and how is it priced?

ari adisyon is built for businesses with 1–5 branches and regional chains with 5–30. Multi-branch is in the Enterprise plan and the price grows with your branch count.

The calculator on the Pricing page shows the current amount.
