"How much a month?" is the first question every new buyer asks. But the headline rate is not the real cost: setup, per-branch extras, yearly lock-in and forced hardware can easily multiply the invoice two or three times.
The three typical packages
- Starter: one venue, limited tables/staff — 300–600 TL/month.
- Professional: unlimited staff, stock and bookkeeping — 800–1500 TL/month.
- Enterprise: multi-branch, HR and central control — quoted on size.
Do not pay a setup fee
Cloud POS should not charge for setup. A good vendor will import the menu with you and walk you through the printer. Hardware is paid separately if you need it: 8–20k TL for a complete till station.
Yearly prepay = two months free, not one
Paying yearly instead of monthly should drop the effective price to ten instalments (≈ 20 %). Steer clear of promotional one-offs: the discount must be permanent policy.
Hidden extras that add up
- Per-branch add-ons (should be included above Starter).
- Paid phone support — run away.
- Statutory modules (e-Fatura, e-Arşiv) are always external; budget for them separately.
