How does the Trendyol Go integration work? Orders straight to your till
Watching Trendyol Go by Uber Eats orders on a separate tablet, retyping them into the till and telling the kitchen by hand means mistakes in the rush. The integration turns those three steps into one flow.
How does an order reach the till?
From the platform to the kitchen, from the kitchen to the courier.
The order lands on the delivery board the moment it arrives, and the bell rings on whatever screen you are on. Accept with one tap, or with auto-accept on it is accepted with the default preparation time. The preparation time is sent to Trendyol Go on acceptance and cannot be changed later.
Menu matching and sold out
Menus are not pushed to Trendyol Go; they are managed in its panel. Instead your menu there is read and its items are matched to yours — most by name automatically, the rest once by hand. Matched items deduct stock. Mark an item sold out at the till and it stops selling on Trendyol Go too.
Restaurant status: open, busy, closed
If the kitchen is swamped, set the restaurant busy for 10 minutes up to 2 hours; it reopens by itself. Closed stays closed until you open it.
Setup
- In the Trendyol Go seller panel, copy the Seller ID, API Key and Secret from Account Information → Integration Information.
- Paste them in ari adisyon under Manage → Trendyol Go; they are checked with Trendyol Go and stored encrypted.
- Match the restaurant to your branch.
- Review menu matching and set up auto-accept.

Delivery with your own courier
For orders your own courier delivers, the customer's real number is not shared; the card shows a customer call code. When you mark it delivered, Trendyol Go is told it left and was delivered.
